We want you to be happy with your Baola.

Returns

You have 30 days to return your Baola from the date you received it. Please first send us an email to hello@baola.co to inform us.

To be eligible for a return, your Baola must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received your returned item and will immediately inform you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Worldwide Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping and enjoy seeing Baola in new, exciting places.

30 days Return

We want you to be happy with your Baola cover. If you are not happy with it, you have 30 days to return it.
